    상기 일정은 대략적 일정이며 교통 체증에 따라 투어 시간이 빨라지거나 늦어질 수 있어요.

    미팅 장소는 데탐 여행자 거리 220번지랍니다(데탐거리에서 찾기 용이). 별도 호텔 픽업은 추가 요금과 무관하게 제공되지 않아요.

    투어 종료에도 호텔 드랍이 불가하며, 데탐 거리에 하차해 드리오니 도착 후 개별 귀환 하셔야 해요.

    확정 후 바우처 내 베트남 현지 한국인 비상연락처/카톡 아이디가 기재되어 있어서 편리해요.

    만 3세 미만 유아는 무료 참여가 가능합니다. 단 차량 내 공간이 없을 경우 보호자 무릎에 앉고 타셔야 합니다.

    수로 관광 중에 길거리에 과일가게나 기념품 가게들이 있어요. 열대과일 시식 & 꿀차 시음이 가능하며, 길거리에 파는 기념품은 구매가 가능합니다. 구매 여부는 고객님이 결정하시게 되며, 구매를 강요하는 일은 절대 없답니다.

    영어로 진행하는 글로벌 조인투어이며, 가이드는 한국어를 구사하지 못해요.

    조인 투어라서 미팅 시간/미팅 장소에 안 보이시면 노쇼로 간주하며, 고객님께 사전 통보 없이 출발하며, 환불이나 날짜 변경이 불가해요.

    4월 말부터 5월 초까지는 베트남 해방기념일 및 노동절 연휴 기간입니다. 이 기간에 투어를 예약하실 경우 현장 추가 지불 요금이 발생할 수 있습니다. 예약 전 해당 사항을 미리 확인해주시기 바랍니다. 투어 당일 가이드에게 100,000VND을 추가로 지불해주셔야 합니다.

If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can exchange or return your order within seven (7) days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.
    - You may exchange or return your order within three (3) months following delivery or within thirty (30) days of becoming aware that the goods and services were delivered in specifications that are different from how they were advertised or promised. 
     
    You are not eligible for exchange or return in the following cases:

     - If we have obtained your consent of ineligibility because irrecoverable damage to the seller is expected in the case of an order cancellation for goods that are produced individually for an order.
